Bringing an incredible 35 years of industry knowledge to the chair, Leanne is a master of her craft. Her true passion lies in razor cutting, where her artistic approach allows her to create beautifully tailored, precision results for every client. Leanne excels at creating a relaxed, comfortable environment, ensuring every visitor feels valued while she works her creative magic.

Ashleigh has been a cornerstone of our team for five years, bringing 17 years of global experience—from her initial training in Christchurch to two years honing her skills in Perth, Australia. She is our "Blonde Specialist," with a deep passion for everything from soft, sun-kissed natural tones to bright, fresh blondes. Her friendly nature and meticulous attention to detail ensure every client leaves feeling their absolute best.

Mel’s 17-year career began with high-end training and work in London, and she has been a vital part of the Lincoln Hair Design family for the last 12 years. Mel loves the balance of being a busy mum and a passionate stylist. She specialises in creating bespoke cuts and colours tailored to the individual, with a fierce dedication to hair health—ensuring your look isn’t just beautiful, but sustainable and healthy too.
